In complete seclusion, you can enjoy the views of the beautiful rolling hills that characterise the coastal landscape of Mallorca. 1.3 million m² or 130 hectares of land, this scale is breathtaking. Just as exciting as these dimensions is the design of the neighbouring garden. Surrounding the awe-inspiring walls are seven different gardens, which together form an almost magical park landscape. The place is reminiscent of a monastery complex or a manor house. Three small ponds with partial waterfalls, paved paths, a unique variety of olive, carob and lemon trees, paths and beds lined with lush flowering plants, hanging climbing plants that flatter the massive quarry stone walls - these are just some of the few details that... convey absolute privacy and beauty. At night, the park shines in a magical light, as does the huge pool, which is surrounded by lawns and natural stone surfaces and rounded off by a covered lounge. Numerous seating areas with an elaborate coffee house ensemble, as well as plenty of tables that can be set up in the garden for an event with up to 400 people, reflect the potential for a very special occasion. Incidentally, the friendly owners will be happy to help you organise your very own private celebration.
The family-friendly property proves its generosity in the 2,000 m² of indoor living space you can expect given the outdoor area. The feudal property offers a total of three dining areas on two floors, two beautiful lounges, a library and a music room with a grand piano on an open gallery. The interior design is a charming blend of Mallorcan cosiness with lots of wood and comfortable seating on the one hand and contemporary style elements on the other. Loving details in the decoration convey the charm of a private boutique hotel. Numerous fireplaces contribute to the cosiness, some of which are decorative, but also functional for parties. It is also commendable that there is a fully equipped and all-round cosy kitchen, which is somewhat reminiscent of a room in an old farmhouse, which is nostalgic and charming. Guests have eight double rooms at their disposal, which are more reminiscent of suites in terms of their furnishings. Each of the fully air-conditioned rooms not only has its own bathroom with bathtub, but also its own lounge area so that guests can sleep like a baby and relax completely in their own quiet room. Speaking of babies: two baby cots are of course available, and up to two extra beds can be booked as an option for slightly older children. Thanks to the central heating, this fantastic manor house can also be booked for any event all year round.
