The newly built Villa Las Palmeras de Porto Cristo did not want to be in the limelight. Although it is a real gem, the tall palm trees take centre stage. The graceful green trees are a real eye-catcher in the splendid garden idyll. The owners of the typical Mallorcan stone villa have chosen exactly what suits this fantastic location. The rectangular pool with sparkling turquoise-blue water is the icing on the cake of this family-friendly oasis. Thanks to the shallow entry, young and old mermaids and mermen as well as fans of inflatable boats can glide over the cool water on animal-shaped air mattresses under the Mallorcan sun. You can enjoy tasty delicacies on the covered terrace next to the barbecue. The outdoor dining table and wooden chairs perfectly match the rustic shutters. The naturalness of this villa will enchant you and your family. Younger children can play on the swings, while older children can enjoy a game of table tennis.

The terracotta tiles and wooden ceilings of the villa on the ground floor create a cosy atmosphere. The living and dining area is open-plan. In the kitchen, which has a large fridge, you will find both the washing machine and the dishwasher, as well as seating for four people. The archway leads to the dining room and the extremely cosy living room with fireplace and beige sofa set. Playful curtains and pictures on the wall round off the rustic Mallorcan look. The bedrooms have spacious wardrobes so that you can easily store everything from your swimming costume to your evening wear. Two rooms each have two double beds, one room has two single beds and a private bathroom in a subtle mint green colour. An additional bathroom with a large mirror and mosaic tiles is a fresh, sunny yellow colour.

Thanks to its rural location, the property is virtually secluded. As a road runs past the house, where some traffic noise can be heard, you can set off directly from here to your holiday destinations. One of these should definitely be a trip to the bay of Porto Cristo, around 5.4 km away. You can decide for yourself whether you want to go by car, go on a hike or go on a bike tour together. What is certain is that you will find beautiful beaches and turquoise blue water on the Germans' favourite island. The beach of Sa Coma is about 7.4 kilometres away and is also popular with families. We highly recommend the weekly market in Porto Cristo or the golf club, which is only 15 km away. If you are planning a longer shopping trip, you can drive to Palma, which takes about an hour. The island's capital not only attracts visitors with the latest trends, but also with interesting sights that will make your villa holiday unforgettable. The newly built villa near the beach and with pool is located in the east of the island in a rural setting with few neighbours and many walking paths. Impressive boats and ships are moored in the modern marina, which is about 5 km away. Original stone houses and gleaming villas exude a very special charm. The restaurants are just as inviting as the blue sea and the sandy beach itself.
