This magnificent villa, "Es Rafal, was built around 250 years ago and completely restored in 2005 and offers a breathtaking view of the lush, wooded hills that merge into the Mediterranean Sea.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The villa has several terraces leading to a spacious lawned area where the pool overlooks the sea. A beautiful group of trees provides a private atmosphere and makes it an ideal place to relax on comfortable sun loungers. A charming day bed provides a perfect corner to relax, while the pool's semi-circular staircase and whirlpool area invite you to indulge.

Inside, the two-storey house welcomes you with a large open-plan living room adorned with rustic beams and cheerful Mallorcan décor, creating a warm and inviting ambience. The traditional-style kitchen is fully equipped for cooking together and has all the essential appliances. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with direct access to a roof terrace, while on the ground floor there are two romantic bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each of the four bathrooms has a shower and WC. Thick stone walls keep the villa cool in summer and with central heating and a fireplace, it is a perfect retreat all year round. This unique property promises an unforgettable holiday experience.

The natural stone villa "Es Rafal" is situated on an 18,000 m² hillside plot between Artà and Son Servera and offers you a fantastic view of the sea on the north-east coast of Mallorca. Artà and Son Servera are only about 5 and 9 kilometres away respectively and the beautiful beach of Sa Marjal can be reached by car in just 15 minutes. There are four golf courses near the villa, some of which are only 5 minutes away by car.
