In Giulianova, in the historic centre, Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi, at a distance of about 2 km by car from the sea and 1.6 km on foot, for your leisure stays, we present a typical flat on the second floor (no lift) of a well-kept historic building.

entrance hall/corridor, living room with kitchen and small balcony on the upper floor from which one can access by climbing a few steps, a double bedroom with window and a small bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 single and a half bed. Completing the composition is a bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower box.

The location of the flat is ideal for those who wish to visit our tourist resorts, admiring the variety of landscapes: the Adriatic beach, the well-kept villages and cities of art, the beautiful hills, the mountain nature parks, and enjoy the traditional Abruzzo cuisine with its rich and ancient flavours.
