Our very high-quality furnished and cosy holiday flat in modern style with 86 m² living space is located on the 1st floor and offers space for 1-4 persons.
Ideal for families, business travellers and temporary workers.

The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired!
The oiled wooden floor is characterised by its warm feel and great feel in the living room and bedroom.
In the kitchen there is a cosy dining area with direct access to the terrace with a high-quality trampoline with a diameter of 3 m!
The holiday flat has a total of 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a bunk bed with a sleeping area of 90x200 cm each. If required, I can also set up a slatted frame with mattress and bedding in the living room.
The bedroom and living room can be completely darkened (electric shutters available).
The bed-sitting room with sofa bed, flat screen TV (86 inch) completes the overall picture.
A workstation with network connection (250 MBit Internet speed), 32-inch monitor, wireless keyboard with wireless mouse and a swivel chair are also available.
The modern bathroom has a double washbasin and a shower.
Bicycles can be parked and charged in the stairwell.
Bed linen, towels, free Wi-Fi, car park and final cleaning are included in the price.
I am also very happy to welcome international guests and can communicate with everyone via a translation app.
As I live directly above the flat with my wife, two children (aged 9 and 11) and two cats, I can always offer help and advice.
Stag parties, parties and binge drinking are therefore not welcome!

Payment is made on site in cash, by bank transfer or by PayPal.
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancelations will be charged with 50% of the total price.
