The apartment has equipment for small children: wooden bed/cot (with bars), bed linen and blankets for the cot, baby monitor, changing table, potty, bathing stool, high chair. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of six people + 1 baby (0-2 years old). The apartments are surrounded by hilly terrain. The restaurant overlooks the 1,400 square meter swimming pool. The beach volleyball court is located directly behind the mini club. The holiday apartment is situated in a panoramic position among the hills that surround the south side of Lake Garda. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot in the carport and on the property. All guests have the opportunity to park their car near the apartment.

The pool area (2400 sqm with sun loungers and parasols) has 3 swimming pools. For swimmers there is a 120 cm deep and 50 m long swimming pool. The 480 m² children's pool is surrounded by a sandy beach with children's games. Near the large swimming pool is the mini club where, in July and August, multilingual animators welcome children from 4 to 12 years old with a varied program adapted to their age.
