From the rooftops of Leucate, you'll enjoy panoramic views of the sea and lake from Les Terrasses 2, a sublime contemporary villa with a Mediterranean accent.
On site, you can enjoy two private terraces equipped with garden furniture and relaxation for each part of the ground floor and first floor. A barbecue is available for you to enjoy during your holiday. You'll also have access to the whole of the outside area behind the house, where you can walk up and down the staircases that are typical of this gîte. Chairs are also provided so you can relax under the trees while listening to the song of the cicadas.
The location is ideal, as the gîte is just 400m from the beaches, shops and restaurants. The famous Falaise de Leucate and its lighthouse offer a breathtaking hike, and from Les Terrasses 2 you can walk about 1km to reach it, continuing on to La Franqui. Leucate offers a wide range of cultural and leisure activities, including oyster and local wine tasting, beach clubs with their toes in the water, water sports and Aqualand. Leucate is less than an hour's drive from a host of historic French heritage sites, including the Cité de Carcassonne, Collioure and Narbonne la Romaine.
Detached house comprising two gîtes, each with independent access but adjoining each other, each sleeping 4 people, ideal for two families or friends who want to be together but still have their privacy. The first gîte is located on the air-conditioned ground floor and comprises a large living room with a sitting area (sofa bed for 2 extra people and a TV), a fully-equipped fitted kitchen with a dining area leading directly onto the gîte's terrace. One bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (80cm) that can be joined together. A separate shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate WC and washing machine.
The 2nd gîte is located on the 1st floor and has air conditioning. It comprises a large living room with a sitting area (sofa bed for 2 extra people, armchairs and a TV), a fully-equipped fitted kitchen with a dining area leading directly onto the gîte's terrace. One bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (80cm) that can be joined together. A separate shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate WC and washing machine.
Baby equipment available on request. Sheets and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. One non-private parking space is available in front of the gîte, with public parking nearby.
