The appartement is the ideal starting point for various activities such as hikes, excursions, cycling tours, and many other sports activities in summer and winter.
The proximity to the bus and ski bus stop allows for easy access to the St. Johann in Tirol and Waidring/Steinplatte ski areas; other well-known ski areas such as Skiwelt, Kitzbühel or Fieberbrunn/Leogang can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
The nearby cross-country ski trail is an excellent option for anyone who enjoys cross-country skiing and enjoying the winter landscape.
The nearby bus stop not only makes access to ski areas easier, but also offers a practical connection to the center of St. Johann in Tirol (about a 20-minute walk), where there are many shopping opportunities and restaurants.
