Beautiful and elegant apartment with balcony in the wonderful city of Catania.
The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with elevator, boasts a unique and refined style, each piece of furniture has been carefully chosen and brings out the original cement tiles and elegant frames on the ceilings.
The living area features a living room with a double sofa bed, a wicker armchair a television, and a kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. From here guests can access a lovely bright space with outdoor furniture distinguished by a windowed wall and ceiling. The sleeping area comprises two rooms, one with a queen-size bed and the second with a single bed. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.
Guests will benefit from amenities such as wifi connection, washing machine, air conditioning and heat pump heating.
