Elegant and cozy loft in Palazzo Castrofilippo, a historic building a few steps from Piazza Magione.
The apartment, ideal for a couple, is located on the ground floor and overlooks the courtyard of Palazzo Castrofilippo. The entrance opens onto the living area: an open space with a dining table and an open kitchen complete with fridge, coffee maker, kettle and all necessary cooking tools. Going down a few steps, the living room features two comfortable sofas, a television and some stairs to access the loft that boasts a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
