Our apartments - designed for couples and families - are individually furnished in the Ionic style and have a balcony with a unique panoramic view of Turtle Island.

Enjoy a morning or evening swim in our adjacent small bathing bay / access at your own risk.


Your children are welcome with us! Note: The additional costs for 1 baby 0-2 + 2 children aged 2-15 are included in the basic price for the apartment!



The 50m² Panorama Turtle Island studios are designed for 2 persons plus one child (extra bed) and are built in a rustic Mediterranean style.

Do you want to have a leisurely breakfast in a private atmosphere on your own balcony or do you want to take care of yourself? Our well-equipped kitchenettes offer you everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or a small snack. Espresso maker on request. In the nearby fishing village of Limni Keri you will find a well-stocked supermarket and a bakery.


You can start the day sportily in the fitness studio and enjoy the peace and quiet and wonderful view over the bay of Marathias in our panoramic pool in a deck chair.



Would you like an individual holiday in an oasis of peace? With us you can recharge your batteries, catch your breath, and breathe deeply. We are a German-Greek couple and have been running Villas Cavo Marathia since 1998.


Don't want large facilities with entertainment and hustle and bustle? Instead, you want to really relax as a family in a small, family-run holiday resort with charm and heart? Then you've come to the right place - because families feel at home here. Our pool doesn't have any slides or a toddler area, but there is plenty to discover on site! And the nearest sandy beach is only a few minutes away by car. We particularly recommend our facilities to families with infants and older toddlers who are good on foot, as our hillside location can be a bit challenging for our little guests. If you have any questions, we will be happy to help. Welcome!



The Villas Cavo Marathia are an apartment complex with a personal plus: On the one hand, our guests enjoy the room size of a holiday apartment, including self-catering options thanks to the kitchenette. We also provide towels and bed linen. We are currently trying to differentiate ourselves from large systems – through a certain extra service and personal touch. For example, we are happy to book a rental car for you and offer special offers or give detailed tips on excursions and culinary delights on site, depending on your taste.



An idyllic pebble beach and taverns are 800m away on foot, two diving centers and shopping opportunities are around 5 minutes away by car. We recommend renting a car and are happy to help you here.
