I would live on three floors in a private condominium with a swimming pool.

Villa consisting of 3 bedrooms, one of them with a suite, which has a cot for babies, air conditioning, heating and private bathroom, balcony with a stunning view of the Ocean.

Two kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a living room with stove and air conditioning, heating, TV and free WI-FI throughout the house.

Kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, hob and oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave. Laundry room comprising washing machine and dryer.

The pool is not heated and is shared with the nine villas in the condominium. Swimming pool is open from MAY to SEPTEMBER.

Its location is 5m walk from Praia do Norte and the main square of Sitio and the funicular to Vila da NAZARE

House with free parking on the street outside.

Villa available for short-term rental of 1, 2 or up to 6 months or summer holidays with a minimum stay of 7 nights with capacity for 3 couples and a baby.

Pets are not allowed.
