Nestled near Beaumes de Venise, this holiday villa is in a tranquil setting just outside the village but close to shops. The modern property features an enclosed garden and a heated pool and is an excellent starting point for exploring the Dentelles de Montmirail and neighbouring villages such as Vacqueyras and Gigondas.

The house is located at the exit of the village of Beaumes de Venise towards Caromb. You will find shops: bakery, grocery store, post office, restaurants. Beaumes de Venise, wine village, is famous for its great wines "Côtes du Rhône".

Nearby you can visit the charming wine producing villages and vineyards of Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Cairanne, Sablet, Séguret and of course also the city of Avignon, the Palace of the Popes, Orange and its Antique Theater, Vaison la Romaine.
