Outside, the property features expansive unfenced grounds with hiking trails starting from the premises. The terrace offers a perfect setting for outdoor dining with stunning views.
A private pool (7 m x 4 m), secured by an electric roller shutter, awaits, and equipped with sun loungers and deckchairs for your relaxation.

- Access to the villa is via an external staircase; the ground floor is unused and locked for storage.

Surrounded by nature, the villa offers an exceptional view of the cliffs of the mythical source of Fontaine de Vaucluse and its village, one of the most visited natural sites in the department. You will be seduced by the beauty of this landscape. You can also explore the walking paths which will lead you to the village or into the mountains.
Nearby you can visit the Isle sur La Sorgue, also called "Venice Provençale", Saumane de Vaucluse as well as the picturesque and charming villages of the Lubéron: Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux.
