The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, providing an ideal setting for alfresco dining. The villa also boasts a private, secure pool measuring 8 m x 4 m, reaching a depth of 1.40 metres.
Please note: At certain times of the day, there may be some background noise from passing traffic, as two main roads pass about 200 metres from the villa.
The villa is situated at +/- 200 m from the nearest shops (bakery and pharmacy) and at +/- 800 m from the village’s centre. The charming Provencal vilage of Pernes les Fontaines is famous for its 40 fountains. Nearby you visit L’Isle sur la Sorgue (famous for its antiques market), Fontaine de Vaucluse, the Luberon and of course the Mont Ventoux.
