Discover a holiday villa nestled in the heart of Pernes les Fontaines, between l’Isle sur la Sorgue and Carpentras.

On the ground floor of this charming villa you’ll find an inviting space with an open kitchen connected to the dining room and sitting room. A large bay window opens to a shady terrace, creating a perfect spot to unwind. The three bedrooms are on this level. Ascending to the first floor, discover an open mezzanine floor with an additional sleeping area. However, please note, there is only one bathroom available in the property.

Outside, the grounds showcase sprawling lawns and trees. Step onto the terrace, adorned with a shady pergola, offering serene views of the garden and pool. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, providing an ideal setting for alfresco dining. The villa also boasts a private, secure pool measuring 8 m x 4 m, reaching a depth of 1.40 metres.

Please note: At certain times of the day, there may be some background noise from passing traffic, as two main roads pass about 200 metres from the villa.

The villa is situated at +/- 200 m from the nearest shops (bakery and pharmacy) and at +/- 800 m from the village’s centre. The charming Provencal vilage of Pernes les Fontaines is famous for its 40 fountains. Nearby you visit L’Isle sur la Sorgue (famous for its antiques market), Fontaine de Vaucluse, the Luberon and of course the Mont Ventoux.
