The house features a delightful blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. The ground floor comprises a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a cosy living room with comfortable sofas and a TV, a convenient laundry room, and a separate WC for added comfort. On the upper floor, the inviting bedrooms await your stay.

Step outside to discover the picturesque landscape: A charming terrace invites you to relish al fresco dining while enjoying views of the pool and garden. The private pool (8m x 4m with a depth of 1.5m) includes a shallower area and provides a tranquil space for relaxation with deckchairs available for lounging.

The property is in the countryside about 2 km from the village and all the shops: bakery, supermarket, restaurants. Châteaurenard is a good starting point to discover Provence: The Alpilles, the Camargue or the Luberon, the beautiful city of Avignon. Other interesting sites to visit within 50 km: Les Baux de Provence, Arles, Tarascon, Fontvieille, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Isle sur Sorgues, Gordes, Bonnieux.

Please note: As part of the countryside experience, occasional noises from nearby agricultural activities may be heard during the day. Additionally, the property is home to three friendly cats: hence, it's not suitable for guests with feline allergies.
