This charming holiday cottage in Souspierre, Drôme, Provence, near Dieulefit, provides a serene setting. This beautifully decorated retreat offers an ideal space for a relaxing countryside escape with friends or family. Set within a tranquil environment, it serves as a perfect base for leisurely walks or cycling adventures.

The farmhouse features a ground floor with an open kitchen connected to the dining room. It offers access to the second terrace. A spacious dining room and sitting area with a French window providing garden access and a view of the pool. There's also a sitting area with a sofa and TV. One air-conditioned bedroom with pool access and views is on the ground floor. On the first floor are the remaining bedrooms.

Outdoor amenities complement the serene indoor space with extensive grounds featuring a landscaped garden, parking, and a small path leading to the "le Jabron" river below the property. The private pool is secured by an electric safety cover (Coverseal type) and a pool alarm. Pool size is 10 m X 5 m, with a maximum depth of 1m 80.

The cottage is situated in the countryside, next to the small river the "Jabron". The nearest shops are situated in the village of La Bégude de Mazenc at about 3 km. Souspierre is a very charming little village at +/- 10 km from Dieulefit. Ideal starting point for walks and cyclists.
