The farmhouse has an open plan kitchen connected to a spacious living and dining area, furnished with stylish interior design. On the first floor there are two inviting bedrooms, one of which has access to the terrace on the east side, while upstairs there are two further bedrooms, providing ample space and comfort for all guests. The outdoor area offers a shaded south-facing terrace, ideal for al fresco dining under the pergola, with picturesque views of the countryside and direct access to the swimming pool. Step into your own private infinity pool measuring 8 x 3.5 m with a maximum depth of 1.4 m, inviting you to relax and enjoy. Immerse yourself in the beauty of this tranquil setting, offering a perfect blend of comfort, natural splendor and outdoor adventures for an unforgettable vacation experience. The house is located in a small hamlet near the Gorges de l'Ardèche, next to the Gard and not far from the Drôme Provençale. Sports enthusiasts can go mountain biking or running directly from the house. Hiking enthusiasts will also find everything they need on site, with shady paths in the holm oak forests. Close to the replica of the Chauvet cave, the Aven d Orgnac, Goudargues, the Ibie valley, beautiful perched villages; Labeaume, Balazuc, Montclus, Aiguèze, La Roque sur Cèze, Cornillon, Rochegude, Tharaux... For shopping you have to go either to Orgnac (1 km) or to Barjac (9 km) or Vallon Pont d'Arc.
