This single storey home features a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker, and an island with seating. The dining/living area includes a non-functional fireplace and French doors leading to the terrace.
Outdoors, a garden, pool, and a play hut for children within an enclosed part of land which in total is 15,000 m², and home to two horses. Occasionally, the horses may occupy the adjoining land, but they do not belong to the owner.
The villa is situated in a tranquil countryside setting but not isolated, with a swing and various seating areas on the partly covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool (10x4m and 1.30-1.40m deep)
Note: the house has air conditioning in the hallway leading to the bedrooms.
The village of Rognonas is at about 2 km and the village of Graveson (convenience stores) at 4 km. Graveson is a characteristic Provençal village between Rhône and Durance at the foot of the Montagnette. The Alpilles are nearby as well as the main touristy sights of Provence including Saint Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence, Avignon and Le Pont du Gard.
