This vacation home between the Ardèche gorges and the Cèze valley can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and an air-conditioned living area with access to the terrace. There is also a shower room on this level. On the upper floor there are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which have access to the terrace and breathtaking views. The outdoor area of approx. 7200 m² includes a covered terrace with dining and lounge areas, a barbecue and a private swimming pool with security shutters. There is also a dining area shaded by olive trees and a garage for parking. Access to the second floor is via a suspended staircase, so supervision is required for young children. The property offers panoramic views of the Cévennes massif and provides guests with a peaceful and relaxing environment. The house is very close to the Gorges de l'Ardèche, so there are many mountain biking or hiking routes in the area. Visit places of interest such as the Chauvet cave, the Aven d Orgnac, Goudargues and beautiful perched villages. Labeaume, Balazuc, Montclus, Aiguèze, La Roque sur Cèze, Cornillon, Rochegude, Tharaux... For shopping you have to go either to Orgnac (approx. 2 km), to Barjac (6 km) or to Vallon Pont d'Arc (15 km). Enjoy your vacation in a farmhouse (Mas), your vacation apartment in the Ardèche in Provence.
