In Jonquerettes, nestled between Saint Saturnin les Avignon and Chateauneuf de Gadagne, this villa with a private pool serves as an ideal base for exploring the main attractions of Provence.

The are two bedrooms on the ground floor along with a bathroom. Moving to the first floor there are two attic bedrooms which offer comfortable height.
Outdoor amenities include an enclosed landscaped garden with a swing and play hut for children. The terrace offers a lovely view of the garden and pool area. The private and secured pool measures 10 m x 5 m and ranges from 1.10 m to 2 m in depth. There are sun loungers and a hammock for relaxation by the pool.
The villa is situated in a small residential area at about 500 m from the nearest convenience stores. Jonquerettes is a small village, in Saint Saturnin les Avignon you will find all shops. Nearby you visit l’Isle sur la Sorgue, famous for its antiques market, and of course Avignon with its historical battlements and monuments.
