Discover an air-conditioned holiday villa perfectly designed for eight guests, conveniently situated close to Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Gorges de l'Ardeche. Embraced by lush vegetation yet easily accessible via a paved road with an electric entrance gate, this spacious villa offers a serene retreat within reach of modern conveniences.

The open kitchen, adjoining the living area, boasts modern amenities and leads out to the terrace offers a splendid spot for relaxation. The upper level accommodates the bedrooms with views over the pool.

A spacious terrace invites outdoor gatherings with its well-appointed outdoor furniture and direct access to the pool via a secure gate. The villa is surrounded by verdant grounds, offering a beautiful south-facing pool and a serene, wooded setting. An electric entrance gate and courtyard add to the convenience.

Located in Southern Ardèche, near Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Arc Cave (replica of the Chauvet Cave), the villa is also close to the Gorges of Ardeche and the Pont d'Arc. You can visit nearby the villages: Orgnac l'Aven, Labeaume, Balazuc Vogue and Castle Aubenas. Close to Barjac with its antique fairs, Uzes and the Ceze valley, the villa is surrounded by woods, peaceful setting.

The owners live on a neighbouring piece of land and can help during your stay - if needed.

Please note: The villa is situated approximately 50m from the small road between Barjac and Vallon Pont d'Arc.
