Outside, the landscape includes pine woods, lavender fields, vineyards, fruit trees, olive groves, and garrigue, offering a scenic view of Bernas. A private terrace furnished with outdoor seating provides a tranquil spot for relaxation. The shared fenced pool (12 m x 3 m) is available from 31st March to 1st October. A relaxation area is situated near two ornamental lakes (unsecured) around 200 m away.
The property is located in Alleyrac at about 1.5 km from Issirac in a very natural environment. Sports and nature lovers can go walking, running or mountain biking directly from the rental. You will be near Montclus and the Cèze Valley (about 11 km), and Saint Martin d'Ardèche and the Ardèche Gorges (15 km). The nearest shops are in Goudargues (17 km) or Barjac (22 km).
