The ski-in ski-out holiday rental in Praz de Lys Sommand offers a charming retreat amidst the mountains. Perfect for a romantic getaway, it's nestled in the family-friendly ski resort and surrounded by various outdoor activities in both winter and summer.

The chalet includes a fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, a fireplace dividing the dining and living areas, a living area, a shower room, a bedroom, and a children's sleeping area in a half-mezzanine, which opens onto the living room. Outdoors is a sunny terrace, and a large open plot

The chalet is ideally located in the Alpages of Praz de Lys Sommand: in winter in the immediate vicinity of the Echerus downhill ski slope, cross-country ski trails (Vallons loop) and dog sled departures. In summer many hikes or mountain bike trails accessible from the chalet.

Paragliders will be delighted to be under the summit of Pertuiset, with paragliding flights. In the season, local shops are 2 km away in Sommand or 6 km away in Praz de Lys Sommand. All year round, all shops are open in Mieussy, about 12 km from the chalet.

Attention: The chalet consists of another home that may be occupied by the owners during rental periods. Baby equipment is available upon request, and there's a pedestrian track to Praz de Lys. A shuttle bus provides access to the resort on weekends and school holidays. Note that while the chalet has one bedroom, the children's sleeping area is separated from the lounge by curtains. Additionally, cats are not allowed in this property.
