Nestled in the serene Southern Ardèche, this house is part of a farmhouse estate comprising of a second holiday rental and the owner’s home. Positioned between Vallon Pont d'Arc and Uzès, near Barjac, it offers tranquil countryside settings with picturesque views.

On the ground floor, the living area merges an open kitchen, dining space, and a comfortable lounge. Upstairs, an air-conditioned attic provides accommodation with a double bed and stowaway beds for two children, alongside storage options.

Outside, a shaded terrace accessible from the living area offers a relaxing space with seating and a barbecue. The shared swimming pool, positioned on the east side, enjoys sunlight throughout the day. Guests can also indulge in leisurely activities like boules and ball games on the property.

Please note:
- The swimming pool is shared with guests from the adjacent holiday home. The discreet owners do not use the pool, reserving it exclusively for guests.

The property is located in southern Ardèche, between Barjac and Vallon Pont d'Arc, 15 minutes from the Ardèche Canyon and the Caverne du Pont d'Arc, 40 minutes from Uzès, ideal setting for nature lovers.
