Nestled within the serene environs, this newly built Provencal farmhouse offers modern comforts. Perfect for family or friends, the farmhouse boasts a splendid, heated pool and spacious garden overlooking the countryside, promising a delightful holiday experience.

Inside you’ll find a modern and inviting interior. On the ground floor, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living space feature vast bay windows offering scenic garden views. The left-wing houses two bedrooms on the ground floor, while three air-conditioned bedrooms grace the first floor.

Outdoor indulgences await amidst the expansive plot. A covered terrace, adorned with garden furniture, adjoins the dining room, inviting al fresco dining. The tiled terrace in front of the kitchen provides a charming setting for a cosy meal. A heated pool, open from April to October, and a shaded pétanque pitch beckon relaxation and recreation. The beautifully landscaped garden boasts natural shade and a charming fountain.

Please note: For a two-week stay, an intermediate cleaning service is included, with options for additional services such as chef services and babysitting available at an extra cost.

The house is about 3 km from Carpentras (all shops and restaurants) in a quiet residential area, peaceful but not isolated (there are neighbours). Near the most beautiful villages of France, activities around all year: prestigious art galleries, renowned restaurants, cultural and sports activities, festivals.
