This air-conditioned holiday villa in Villeneuve-les-Avignon is located in a peaceful residential area, approximately 2 km from the village centre with its shops and restaurants. The villa boasts a modern, comfortable interior, and a private pool.

The spacious living area opens onto the terrace and garden, providing a view of the illuminated Fort Saint-André of Villeneuve les Avignon in the evenings. The ground floor comprises sitting and dining areas, an open kitchen with quality appliances, a TV room with a semi-circular sofa, and several bedrooms. Additionally, there's a separate bathroom and floor cooling throughout the bedrooms and living area. Upstairs, there's an ensuite bedroom with air-conditioning and a terrace. Outside, there's a private pool (8.5m x 2.5m) secured by an alarm, sun loungers, a landscaped garden, and a barbecue for guests' use.

The house is located in a peaceful residential area, at about 2 km from the historic centre of Villeneuve and its shops and restaurants. The beautiful medieval city of Avignon is just across the Rhône River, at 5 km.
