Just a few minutes' walk from the famous hilltop castle and the town center with stores, restaurants and the popular ice cream parlor, there is a separate 4-star vacation apartment for up to 6 adults on the first floor of the owner's house on the approximately 750 square meter, fully fenced residential property. It is approx. 5 km to the nearest bathing lake. The approx. 87 square meter, centrally heated, barrier-free, non-smoking apartment has insect screens on the windows, a large living room (upholstered furniture/extra bed for 2 people, flat screen TV, radio, DVD). Player, Wii game console incl. small selection of games, dining area for 6 people), a separate kitchen (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, another dining table for 4 people, various small kitchen appliances, high chair), two bedrooms (1 x double bed and crib, 1 x 2 single beds), a bathroom (walk-in shower, WC) and a hallway. There is also WiFi, a furnished, covered terrace with barbecue (smoking is permitted here), two parking spaces in front of the house, a lockable bicycle storage room and the use of a washing machine for a fee. The total price includes final cleaning, electricity and water as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Use of the washing machine. No rental to workers/assemblers.

Burg Stargard is a small town about 10 kilometers from the center of Neubrandenburg and the Tollensesee with good bathing opportunities. The townscape is characterized by historic buildings and wooded surroundings, and the most famous landmark is the hilltop castle of Stargard. It is the northernmost hilltop castle in Germany. In addition to a unique view over the entire region from the keep, the medieval castle grounds with museum, castle park and herb garden offer places to linger. Guided tours are also available. The castle also hosts the famous Stargard Castle Festival and other events every year, and the Marie Hager House in the town offers changing exhibitions. Not far from the market square, where the town church is also located, is the famous Pinguin ice cream parlor, whose ice cream has been popular with locals and visitors for more than 60 years. Walks through the historic old town and along the mill pond in wooded surroundings are recommended at any time of year. There is also a summer toboggan run and two riding stables in the town. Burg Stargard has several shops, restaurants and pubs as well as a train station. The lake-rich area around Feldberg is around 20 kilometers away.
