The approximately 55 square meter vacation home is located on a residential property on the quiet outskirts of Benz. The lake is about 500 meters away and a restaurant is about 300 meters away. The vacation home offers space for up to 3 people and is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture, TV, radio, a small kitchen with electric hob (2 plates), fridge, various small kitchen appliances and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and single bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is equipped with insect screens in front of the windows and night storage heaters. There is a furnished terrace with barbecue, bicycle storage room and parking space. Benz, the village surrounded by wooded hills on the Schmollensee, is one of the most beautiful villages on the island of Usedom. Attractions in the village include St. Peter's Church, the Dutch windmill and a gallery. There are restaurants in the village and good fishing opportunities at Schmollensee. The Achterwasser with its bathing beach is approx. 2 km away, the Baltic Sea beach (Bansin seaside resort) approx. 6 km and a golf course approx. 4 km.
