The vacation apartment, modernized in 2016, is located on the upper floor of a detached house in a quiet residential area. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function for two additional persons, dining area, flat screen TV, stereo system, DVD player), a bedroom (double bed, insect screen), a kitchen (dining table, electric stove with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), bathroom with large shower (1.20 m x 0.90 m) and hairdryer, central heating and a furnished balcony facing southwest.There is also WiFi, a covered terrace with barbecue, bicycle storage and parking for one car in front of the house. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy. Please bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. NO FITTERS AND CONSTRUCTION WORKERS ALLOWED
