Villa Lumi is a luxury holiday home with infinity swimming pool and panoramic view.
The villa lies on the edge of the village Dracevac, only 5 minutes’ drive from the nearest supermarket and 8 minutes from the beach and the town Porec. On enclosed property of 1150 sqm, guests can enjoy an infinity swimming pool of 54 sqm and children's pool of 6 sqm, eight sun loungers, seating set, outdoor jacuzzi, covered terrace with dining table and three parking spaces.
Villa Lumi of 250 sqm on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, spacious living room, bedroom with private bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a wellness area with sauna. A breathtaking panoramic view extends from all rooms in the house. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
