Villa Manola is a luxurious, modern holiday home with swimming pool, just 4 km from the beach.
Guests have access to a swimming pool in the fully enclosed garden, which offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills. There are also sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a covered seating area with a fire place for outdoor barbecues, a trampoline and several parking spaces. Only 100 metres from the house there is a children's playground with swings, slides and various playscapes. The town of Labin is only 5 minutes away by car, and 4 km away is Rabac, a well-known tourist destination with well-kept beaches and all tourist facilities.
Villa Manola for 6 guests on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with a view of the pool, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a room with fitness equipment. On the first floor there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
