This lovely, renovated ground floor house is located in small village of St.Bartol, in surroundings of Labin, at only 8 km from beautiful beaches of tourist resort Rabac.
It is ideal choice for peaceful family vacation. House is situated in partially fenced property of 2000sqm with prefabricated pool with nice panorama view. Two parking spaces by the house.
House for 6 persons, with surface of 120 sqm, consists of completely equipped kitchen with dining area, airconditioned living room that leads in one double bed bedroom and one bedroom with two separate beds, one shower/toilet in hallway that leads to one more bedroom with double bed and one shower/toilet. This part of house is a little bit separate from the rest of the house, it is airconditioned and also has separate entrance door, but still, it is connected with the rest of the house.
Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
