This beautiful and spacious apartment is located in the village Marisce, in Central Istria, near the picturesque town Pican and the more famous, Gracisce.
This is a quiet, rural area known for good wines and olive oil. The apartment is on the ground floor of a family house and has a large plot of 1000 sqm, prefabricated swimming pool, swings, barbecue, terrace and two parking spaces next to the house.
Spacious apartment for 6 guests, composed of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, one bedroom with double bed (160x200) and private hydromassage shower / WC, one bedroom with separate beds and private hydromassage shower/WC, one bedroom with a French bed (140x200) and a separate bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
