Villa Celtis is a holiday home with swimming pool in the untouched nature of the small place Ljubići near Grožnjan, 19 km from Umag.
The holiday resort Kanegra with the beautiful pebble beaches is 18 km away. The northwest coast of Istria is known for several renowned restaurants, excellent winemakers and especially the white truffle. On a completely enclosed property of 700 sqm the guests have a swimming pool of 32 sqm, covered terrace with barbecue, cooking plates and sink, sitting set for 8 people, a covered terrace with sitting area and two parking spaces on disposal. In a separate room with entrance from outside is a wellness with whirlpool, sauna, sun chairs and bathroom.

Villa for 6-8 guests of 150 sqm consists of air-conditioned living room with sitting set with two sleeping possibilities, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet with washing machine, two bedrooms with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, air conditioning and TV. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
