The residential complex has many free facilities, such as tennis courts, boules courts, table tennis and a playground.

Walk or cycle to the beach and enjoy the sea and sun. Here you can relax on the powdery sand or jump into the waves. You live close to the Sierk family park, which will put a smile on every child's face. The swimming paradise, Aqua Mundo Park De Haan, will not disappoint either! Several cultural treasures in Ostend, including the open-air museum Atlantikwall, the museum ship Amandine, the church of St. Peter and Paul, Fort Napoleon and the former royal summer residence are definitely worth a visit. You should also experience the exciting underwater world at SEA LIFE Blankenberge, stroll through the city of Zeebrugge with its impressive world port and visit the old city of Bruges with its canals, cobblestone streets and medieval buildings.

Note: Directly opposite the apartment, just across the corridor, the apartment has two further rooms. One of the rooms is the fully furnished bedroom. The other room is a large storage room with a desk and plenty of space for your luggage.
