T6 - Apartment for 7 persons duplex

In the well-known resort of Tortoreto Lido, we offer for rent for your holidays a comfortable flat on 2 levels. The house is located in a very well served central area and only 200 metres from the sea.



The flat is cosily furnished and well cared for, and can accommodate up to 5/7 people.

The interior spaces divide the living area consisting of the living room with living balcony, kitchenette and the sleeping area which comprises a corridor, a double bedroom, a single bedroom with balcony and a bathroom with shower cubicle;

the attic floor is accessible by an internal wooden staircase, where there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath.



The house is on the second floor (no lift) and has a comfortable balcony furnished with garden furniture. On the ground floor there is also an area equipped with outdoor table and chairs where you can barbecue. For your pets there is an exclusive, enclosed portion of the garden equipped with a doghouse and carport.

Parking is available inside the fence.



The equipment provided is: TV, washing machine, fridge with freezer, oven, kitchen utensils, air conditioning (located in the living room and in the attic room) and WI-FI.

Linen is provided.
