The well-kept apartment "Stein Reich" is located in the center of the medieval town of Oberwölz with approx. 90 m² and is ideal for couples and families up to 4 people.

The apartment has a terrace on the upper floor with views around the small town and a small garden on the first floor. The apartment also has a carport directly in the inner courtyard of the complex.

Numerous leisure activities and shopping facilities are within walking distance, such as the leisure center with swimming pool, tennis court, skate park, high ropes course and playgrounds, as well as Rothenfels Castle. The area also offers many hiking opportunities, so you can start your hiking day directly from this accommodation. When the weather is nice, you can also go on bike tours.

There are inns and cafés right on the beautiful main square. There is also the possibility of shopping directly in the village.

For winter sports enthusiasts there is the Lachtal ski area (15 km away), the Kreischberg (45 km away) and the Grebenzen (28 km away) in the immediate vicinity, which are perfect for skiing and snowboarding.

In Oberwölz there is a cross-country ski trail and an ice-skating rink in winter.
