The standig individually holiday home, built in 1975 and renovated in 2015 is rustic furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in a holiday home area, in the center. For exclusive use are available: grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Balatonboglár. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
