Wohung mit Balkon und Garten nahe Stadtgrenze

Diese schöne Wohnung im Zweifamilienhaus nahe der Stadtgrenze Berlins und dem Flughafen BER ist ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge nach Berlin, Potsdam und das brandenburger Umland. Der große Garten lädt im Sommer zum Frühstücken im Freien und zu gemütlichen Grillabenden ein.


Der Wald mit vielen Spazierwegen beginnt vor der Haustür.

Der Golfplatz in Mahlow ist fußläufig erreichbar (400 m).


Es sind vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden.



Die schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 70 qm) befindet sich im Obergeschoß in einem freistehenden Zweifamilienhaus mit Garten, wobei der Garten hinterm Haus ausschließlich den Gästen dieser Wohnung zur Verfügung steht. Die zweite Wohnung im EG des Hauses wird ebenfalls vermietet und hat einen separaten Garten vorm Haus.

Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett mit zwei Matratzen je 90 x 190 cm und ein Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarem Ecksofa, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Vom Wohnzimmer aus ist der geräumige Balkon der Wohnung erreichbar.

Das Stadtzentrum von Berlin ist nur 40 min. mit dem Auto oder der Bahn entfernt.

WLAN ist kostenlos vorhanden.


Wer gern Flugzeuge guckt, ist hier goldrichtig.

Hinweis: Durch den BER kann es bei bestimmten Windsituationen zu Lärmbeeinträchtigungen kommen.


Es stehen kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück und auf der Straße direkt vor dem Grundstück zur Verfügung.



Der Balkon ist mit einem kleinen Tisch und zwei Stühlen ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es eine Bank, einen Tisch, zwei Relaxliegen und einen Stuhl.



Das Haus liegt ca. 5 km von der Stadtgrenze Berlins entfernt, so daß man mit Auto oder Bahn in 40 min. im Stadtzentrum von Berlin ist. Zum Flughafen BER sind es 17 km und nach Potsdam sind es ca. 30 km.

Mit der S-Bahn hat man vielfältige Möglichkeiten, auch ohne Auto nach Berlin zu fahren (S-Bahnhof Mahlow (S2) ca. 3,5 km, S-Bahnhof Waßmannsdorf (S9, S45) ca. 7 km entfernt).

Autobahnanbindung: über die B96 ist man in 10 min. auf der A 10.
