Located on the ground floor of a cozy family house, it offers the perfect combination of comfort and tranquility. The proximity to the city center, reachable in just 10 minutes on foot, allows you to explore the beauty of the area with ease. Welcome to the 70m2 air-conditioned apartment on the ground floor of a cozy family house. Next to us, there is another delightful apartment for 2 or 3 people available for rent. The apartment offers two spacious bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, providing bedding for your maximum comfort. The bedrooms are separated from the living area by an anteroom which adds a touch of intimacy.


The main bathroom is well equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror, hairdryer and we provide two bath towels per person. A powder room is conveniently located next to the main bathroom. In the living area you will find an air conditioner, Wi-Fi connection and a lovely partial sea view.


The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and all necessary kitchenware. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers a table with chairs. At the entrance, a welcoming living area with sofa bed and satellite TV for relaxing.



From the living room, direct access to the covered terrace, a perfect place to share special moments. You will have the opportunity to use the barbecue area, parking and courtyard, shared with other guests. The fully fenced backyard ensures security and privacy. Let yourself be enveloped by the serenity of this space with attention to detail, ready to welcome you with warmth and style throughout your stay.

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs of the damage in cash before departure,


- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the collection of the keys.
