In the middle of the mountains "Hochkönig" and "Steinernes Meer", located in Maria Alm, there is the apartment of Familie Herzog/Rager.
The modern appartment is the ideal place for skiers and naturelovers. Near the slopes of the skiing area Hochkönig (Skiamade) it is the perfekt place for an unforgettable vacation. (3 minutes with the car away)
The appartment is peaceful and sunny, surrounded by meadows, forests and mountains.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has a separate entrance and parking spots right in front of the house.

Our small but nice apartment "Sunnseit" has a total size of 37m2. It has a bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a living and dining area.
The apartment can accommodate up to max. 3 people - for the 3rd person there is a small sofa "bed" in the living and dining area. However, this is more recommended for children.
Since we have only recently built our house, the exterior view is not perfect yet - but this is all done during the year. This means in detail that the exterior facade as well as genrell the exterior of the house (visually seen) is not yet completely finished. (This of course does not affect the apartment on the inside). The current view can be found in the pictures.
