Unsere ruhige, ca. 30 qm große, liebevoll und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, befindet sich im 2. OG einer Gründerzeit Villa imit Blick in den Garten. Sie besteht aus 1 Schlaf-/Wohnraum, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (u.a. Senseo-Kapselkaffeemaschnie) und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC (Toilettenpapier und Seife in Erstausstattung vorhanden) .

Bei der Sanierung verwendeten wir Lehmputz und sie wird mit Strahlungswärme Heizkörpern beheizt.



 
Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 5 min Fußweg von der Stralsunder Altstadt und 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe.



Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung sowie unser neues Studio befinden sich in einem charmanten Haus aus der Gründerzeit. Von hier erreichen Sie die Stralsunder Altstadt in ca. 5 min und den Strand in ca. 10 min zu Fuß.  Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Parkplatz steht auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Der Garten kann mitgenutzt werden.

Die Hansestadt Stralsund liegt inmitten der Inselparadiese Rügen, Hiddensee, Usedom und Fischland-Darß-Zingst, eingebettet in die malerische Landschaft der vorpommerschen Boddenküste.
