A spacious, non-smoking holiday home with a covered balcony awaits you in a quiet location, where you can spend your holiday all year round with up to 6 people and 2 small children.
The apartment is on the first floor and has a large living-dining area with an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has two bunk beds, meaning it can sleep four. The parents' room has two beds and the living room has a bed for two people.
The spacious balcony complements this apartment, where everyone can make themselves comfortable.
The house also offers parking spaces for guests, where you can park for free as long as the parking spaces are not occupied.

What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.  


In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.  


Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.

St. Moritz – glamorous, elegant and steeped in tradition 


St. Moritz is one of the most tradition-steeped holiday resorts around. Even its name is protected as a quality brand and all over the world is equated with style, elegance and class. According to legend, St. Moritz was the birthplace of winter tourism in the Alps (1864), and it has also hosted two Olympic Winter Games (1928 & 1948), including the FIS Alpine World Ski Championship in 2017, an event that was hosted here for the fifth time. In 2020 the Olympic Flame was again in St. Moritz – for the Youth Olympic Games.  In future, too, St. Moritz will continue to act as THE venue for major sport- and cultural events. Nevertheless, St. Moritz originally owes its importance to its mineral springs, which people have been flocking to for over 3,500 years and which did much to establish the village early on as a summer health resort. Nowadays, St. Moritz is a guarantee in both summer and winter for superlative leisure and sporting activities, cultural highlights, varied shopping facilities and world-class events.
