IDYLLIC RENTAL, LARGE PRIVATE GARDEN, MAGNIFICENT VIEW OF LAKE AND MOUNTAINS
There are times when you need a break, at an extraordinary place, which allows you to relax. That's a break in PAUSE  GENEROSA. Located above Lake Como and surrounded by a picturesque landscape this place is ideal for this necessity.
This is an exceptional holiday rental which is part of a spacious residential villa with views of Lake Como. In the magical atmosphere of the large flowering garden, it is easy to get away from everyday life.
PAUSE GENEROSA is located 7 km above Argegno, where ships dock to the most beautiful sights in the middle of the lake and to Como. Menaggio in the middle of the lake and Como at the southern tip of the lake are both 22 km away from the holiday home. It is a delight to enjoy the unique landscape. The most picturesque places and villas in the middle of the lake are: Lenno/Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo, Comacina Island/Ossuccio, Bellagio/Villa Melzi, Varenna/Villa Monastero. In the south, Moltrasio, Cernobbio and the provincial town of Como are highly recommended.

The light-flooded domicile on the ground floor has generous glazing on the east, south and west sides. The floors in the rooms are parquetted with beech wood and the kitchen, bathroom and terrace are tiled.
WiFi, linen for bed, bathroom, kitchen and final cleaning are included in the price.

The consumption of natural gas and electricity, which are calculated according to the gas meter and electricity meter, is not included. For example, 1 m3 of natural gas can cost 1.50 euros and 1 KW of electricity can cost 0.50 euros.
There is a swimming pool 10 minutes away by car in the Lido of Argegno and there is an indoor swimming pool in San Fedele (also 10 minutes away).
 
THE APARTMENT IS SUBDIVIDED AND EQUIPPED AS FOLLOWS:
• Entrance with small cloakroom
• Living room (30 m2) with upholstered armchairs and dining table with chairs and buffet.
• Modern, open kitchen (6 m2) with good equipment including a dishwasher and direct access to the storage room (18 m2) with boiler and heating.
• Shower/toilet (6 m2) with window, glass shower, toilet, bidet and sink with mirror cabinet.
• The bedroom (18 m2) is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and TV
• The third room (19 m2) can be used for sleeping, reading, watching TV, writing and playing music. It is equipped with two single beds. The bed with a border can be transformed into a sofa by placing the upholstered elements. The second single bed is in the adjacent storage room behind the sliding door if it is not needed. TV with armchairs and desk are available.
• Terrace (18 m2) Glass doors in the living room and the third room lead to the terrace.
The furnished terrace with a wonderful view of the lake, villages and mountains borders directly on the lawn in the garden.
 
LIVING ROOM (30 m2)The living room has 4 glass doors to the south and 2 glass doors to the west, which lead to the terrace. The relaxation area is furnished with two comfortable poster armchairs, chairs and a large side table. The dining area adjoins the open kitchen and is equipped with an oval marble table, 4 chairs and a buffet. 

TERRACE (18 m2)From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views of the picturesque countryside, the lake, the hills near Bellagio and the famous Grigne mountain near Varenna. The terrace is equipped with a folding glass wall that, when left open, allows the wind in on hot days and blocks the wind in the evening. Table, chairs, chaise longue and a parasol enable a good life outside on the terrace. Right next to the terrace is the associated lawn. 

OPEN KITCHEN (6 m2)The fitted kitchen is equipped with a sink, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, gas stove with electric oven and a dishwasher. A toaster, Italian mocha espresso machines are available and there is also a filter coffee machine, as well as kettles and jugs for tea, milk, water, etc. The number of dishes, cups, bowls, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils is extensive, so that the Dishwasher does not work when half empty. A good selection of pots, pans and baking dishes are available.

BEDROOM WITH DOUBLE BED (18 m2)The bedroom has a 1.80 m wide double bed which is 2 m long. It is equipped with two high-quality mattresses and two articulated slatted frames, which enable excellent sleep quality. A cupboard, bedside tables with bedside lamps and chairs complete the room's furnishings. In addition, there is a television on the wall.Two glass doors to both the east and south illuminate the room. A glass door has shutters that slide into the wall. The other 3 glass doors have darkening curtains so that you don't get woken up by the sun

THIRD ROOM/SECOND BEDROOM (19 m2)This room faces south with a wide double window and a glass door to the terrace. A double window facing west with a shutter sliding into the wall provides a clear view of the garden. The room is equipped with 2 single beds (0.90 m and 2 m long) which have high quality mattresses and articulated slatted frames. The bed with a border can be transformed into a sofa by placing the upholstered elements. An adjacent 9 m2 storage room behind wide sliding doors is available for the second single bed if it is not needed. The storage space offers enough space to accommodate the upholstered elements, cushions for the garden furniture and all sorts of other things. A television, armchairs, desk, side tables and chairs are available.

SHOWER / TOILET (6 M2)The bathroom with window is equipped with a glass shower, toilet, bidet and sink with a small wall unit and a mirror. A hairdryer is available.

The plot of 2980 m2 is planted with a considerable variety of shrubs, perennials and trees. The plants are selected so that guests can be delighted with flowers from March to November. The fenced garden borders a forest, when there is enough water, the waterfall in the gorge seems to spread a special energy. In addition, the complex borders on a side street, as well as houses with gardens/meadows and a barn.

PAUSE GENEROSA is also ideal for hiking. Some hikes start directly at the location of the holiday apartment, others can be reached with a short drive
