Here our guests will have complete access to the main Villa and all its existing amenities such as:

- A connected dining and living room with 2 sofa beds that can sleep 4 extra people upon request, flat screen TV and air conditioning with direct access to the pool and lounge area;

- Fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine, and tea amenities;

- Work from home areas with desk and chair;

- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer;

- Fast Internet with 500MB download and 100MB upload.

Also a complete access to a Games room with billiards, table football, Bar and flat screen TV on the ground floor.

And as a plus you'll also get full access to our Studio with a seperate entrance and amenities that include:

- Full bedroom with flat screen and air conditioning;

- Living room with sofa bed, flat screen and air conditioning;

- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee machine, and tea amenities;

- Work desk with chair;

- Internet with 500MB download and 100MB upload;

- Free public parking outside.

On the outdoor of our Choupana House + Studio you'll find:

- A private pool that can be heated upon request (service paid extra and per day with a minimum of 5 days);

- A relaxing area with pool side lounges;

- A great outdoor area with a fully equipped barbecue area;

- 2 separate seating areas to enjoy the barbecue or a grand breakfast on the patio;

And also a spacious garden to enjoy the afternoons.

- Choupana House + Studio provides a convenient paid transportation service, ensuring seamless travel for our guests to and from the airport as needed;

- Also, we also offer a hassle-free car rental service, managing all booking details to provide our guests with an easy and comfortable experience;

- Regulation for Children and Extra Beds:

Children of any age are allowed.

- 1 child up to 2 years old (inclusive) may stay for EUR 15 per child per night if using the available cots.

- 1 child up to 2 years old (inclusive) may stay free of charge when using existing beds.

- 1 person (of any age) may stay at a price of EUR 30 per person per night when using existing extra beds.

- 1 baby cot is available on request.

- 1 extra bed available on request.

Sea and Sun 4 You - Choupana House + Studio, is located just 2.5 km from the centre of Funchal. In the neighbourhood you can visit just 600 m from the road the Botanical Garden of Funchal, one of the biggest tourist attractions of the island. The gardens have an incredible collection of plants, exotic flowers and an area for research and conservation. Plus a breathtaking view of the city of Funchal.

Be aware that in the centre of Funchal there are several tourist attractions and information about cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

In the city you can visit: Old Funchal (old town), the market of the farmers, Funchal Cathedral, CR7 and other museums, Madeira Casino, Madeira Congress Centre, Santa Catarina Park, Funchal Marina, São Tiago beach, Barreirinha bathing complex, La Vie shopping centre and Anadia shopping centre.

You can take the cable car to Monte and visit the Monte Palace Tropical Garden and Church of Our Lady of Monte (18th century) and go down on a wicker sledge ride known as Monte Tobogans.

You can also take a guided Tuk Tuk tour, a hop-on hop-off bus ride from Funchal to Câmara de Lobos, dolphin and whale watching by catamaran, or a guided 4X4 safari tour on a private tour around Madeira Island.

Madeira has many levadas such as levada das 25 fontes, levada do risco, levada do caldeirão verde, levada do rei, levada do norte, levada dos maroços, levada do alecrim, and levada do furado.
