Regulations for Children and Extra Beds:

Children of any age are allowed.

-1 child up to 2 years old (inclusive) can stay for 15 EUR per child, per night, using available cots.

- 1 child up to 2 years old (inclusive) can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

- 1 person (of any age) can stay for 25 EUR per person, per night, using available extra beds.

- 1 Cot available on request.

- 1 Extra bed available on request.

Sea and Sun 4 You - Choupana Studio, is located just 4 km from the center of Funchal. In the neighborhood you can visit just 600 m from the road O Jardim Botânico do Funchal, one of the biggest tourist attractions on the island. The gardens have an incredible collection of plants, exotic flowers and an area for research and conservation. In addition to a breathtaking view from the main street to the city of Funchal and Oceano.

In the city you can visit: the old Funchal (old town), the market (farmers' market), the cathedral (the Cathedral of Funchal), the CR7 museum and other museums. You can take the cable car to Monte and visit the Monte Palace Tropical Garden and the Church of Nossa Senhora do Monte (18th century) and get off on a sleigh ride.

You can also take a guided Tuk Tuk tour, hop-on hop-off bus tour from Funchal, or dolphin and whale watching by catamaran.

Madeira has many levadas such as Levada das 25 Fontes, Levada do Risco, Levada do Caldeirão Verde, the way to Ponta de São Lourenço, Levada do Rei.

We recommend other places to visit: Pico de Barcelos, Cristo Rei, Eira do Serrado, Cabo Girão, Pico Ruivo and Cascata dos Anjos.
