Its privileged location, in the heart of the city, allows you to reach quickly and easily on foot: Via Matteotti, the elegant shopping area with the renowned Ariston Theatre (300 meters) San Siro Church, is the oldest area of worship in Sanremo (100 meters) the beautiful Casino with the fascinating Russian Church (400 meters).
Few steps from the sea, the beaches, ,the prestigious promenade "Imperatrice" and the famous bike path, 24 kilometers long.
The streets around the apartment are mostly full of restaurants to taste typical Ligurian dishes.
The apartment includes a living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
kitchen with useful equipment and functional: refrigerator, kettle, toaster, juicer and several kitchen utensils, bathroom with shower shower and bedroom.
Also, it is equipped with security door, washing machine, free WiFi, bed linen, satellite TV and smoke detector.
