Holiday home on the beach, 10 meters from the splendid sea of La Caletta, one of the most beautiful bays on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia.



Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. You will be able to have your beach holiday without having to use the car. In fact, the house is in front of La Caletta beach, it can be reached in less than a minute. The recently renovated apartment is comfortable for your holidays. Two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, equipped kitchen, and a fresh veranda with sea view where you can eat. Relaxation awaits you.

The house consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, fully equipped bathroom with toilet sink, bidet, large shower cubicle, washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge with small freezer, microwave oven and toaster, there are also all the utensils for cooking, as well as crockery, plates, glasses and wine glasses. . Outside, a comfortable veranda with table and chairs for having lunch with a view of the sea of La Caletta, plus a sitting area with armchairs and a table where you can relax with the pleasant sea breeze. There is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue. The house is equipped with air conditioning and water reserve. We provide our guests with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen.



Convenient parking space near the house, beachfront house, close to restaurants and artisanal ice cream shop, 5 minutes walk to reach the town center where all the services are.
