Luxury Villa Sunset is located on the island of Pag in Jakišnica, near Novalja.
The villa has an area of 150 square meters, has three bedrooms with private bathrooms and on the ground floor, there is a room that has a separate entrance and can be used to accommodate servants, chef or babysitter.
The bedrooms located on the first floor have access to a terrace overlooking the sea and a private bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room and kitchen overlooking the sea, garden, and pool. All rooms are luxuriously designed, decorated, and fully equipped. In addition to superior design and comfort, guests have at their disposal Bosch-branded appliances, an Electrolux washing machine, a Nespresso machine, a wine cooler, and etc. The entire interior space is air-conditioned and has heated floors.
The villa has an outdoor area of 720 square meters and is equipped with an outdoor heated swimming pool of 30 m2, deck chairs and a relaxation area, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue. It is completely covered with Wi-Fi and high-speed internet. The villa offers parking and a charger for electric vehicles.
